This yoga teacher training is designed to be intimate with a high level of mentorship, attention, feedback, and support. You will be held as you learn to hold space for others. Minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8 people. The small group size will allow us to dive deep into understanding and learn the reflections of embracing yogic lifestyle.

Classroom time will be every Saturday and Sunday, in addition to self-directed study and practice over 8 weekends. The immersive nature of this time allows you to fully acknowledge the transformations when yoga is a part of your daily life, giving a little bit of breathing room but not too much for human procrastination to arise. The time set aside for this training is intentional, which sometimes means difficult or facing old habits and/or space we turn to disassociate. Instead, we are going to sit with the full spectrum of what it means to be human. We ask that during this time you allow yourself to fully experience your natural changes by abstaining from the use of recreational substances. Here is the thing with that request, you are going to make whatever choice you make, there will not be check ins or someone to tattle on or too. You are in charge of you, but note, you get out what you put in.  

Friday 5-7:30pm (personal self study/reflection)

Saturdays 8:00- 4:00pm (in studio)

Sundays 9:00-3:00pm (in studio)
